Sydney Lee is a dedicated grassroots activist and community organizer based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, with a passion for empowering individuals and fostering social change. With a B.A. in Sociology and a minor in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Sydney has spent her career advocating for equity, building coalitions, and amplifying underrepresented voices.

In her previous roles, Sydney successfully recruited and mentored hundreds of volunteers, designed impactful campaigns, and helped drive advocacy efforts to support LGBTQ+ rights and racial justice. Her experience includes developing leadership within communities, collaborating across diverse groups, and crafting strategies to help address systemic inequities.

Outside of their activism, Sydney is a proud partner and a pet parent to two- Tinkerbell, a wise and gentle elderly dog, and Storm, a mischievous and lovable kitten. Sydney is committed to building a more inclusive and equitable Milwaukee through grassroots efforts, one relationship, and one community at a time.
